  1. Relationship Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Synopsis: Direct sales to the client of financial products and providing them the best services.

Key Skills:
Good knowledge in Sales, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Investment Advisory, Stock Broking, Client Relationship Management etc.

Job Responsibilities:

New Client Prospecting – Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc.

Explain about the Company, its products & services to existing clients & prospects.

Promote distribution business of Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance, NPS and Demat Accounts.

Update clients with Research reports on the new MF Schemes, NFOs, IPOs and on market trends.

Cross Selling to existing clients.

Provide after sales service, follow-up and ensure client retention.

Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of the AUM of the branch.

Support company promotional activities.

Strive towards achieving individual targets and thereby the organizational goals

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications requirement for Job:

Bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree is preferred

Language Skills: 

Written - English

Spoken - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu

 

  1. Outbound Tele Callers

Job Type: Full Time

Synopsis: Making Outbound Direct sales to the prospect clients, generating leads and confirming appointments & following up on appointments.

Key Skills:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, knowledge in Sales, Client Relationship Management etc.
Target Oriented - Works efficiently towards achieving sales target.

Job Responsibilities:

New Client Prospecting – Through cold-calling, appointments, reference etc.

Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.

Explain about the Company, its products & services to existing clients & prospects.

Document all call information and update the same in Excel.

Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Promote distribution business of Mutual Funds, Life & Health Insurance, NPS and Demat Accounts.

Filling up of investment application forms of clients and assisting them in online form submission.

Keep regular contacts with the clients of the company through telephone calls and meetings.

Assist team members in the company to close leads.

Make prompt entries in the back office of business done across all distribution products.

Cross Selling to existing clients.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications requirement for Job:

Higher Secondary (12th Pass Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree

Language Skills: 

Written - English

Spoken - English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu
